TowardPi Yalkaid YG 100kHz Full-Range SS-OCT

Yalkaid (YG-100K) features a new generation SS-OCT with a remarkable speed of 100kHz. Its key advantage lies in the full-range SS technology, enabling a scan depth of 12 mm for the vitreous, retina, choroid, and an extraordinary 17 mm for the anterior. The device’s <6 micron optical resolution ensures detailed observation of both anterior and posterior structures.

Yalkaid (YG-100K) features a new generation SS-OCT with a remarkable speed of 100kHz. Its key advantage lies in the full-range SS technology, enabling a scan depth of 12 mm for the vitreous, retina, choroid, and an extraordinary 15 mm for the anterior. The device's <6 micron optical resolution ensures detailed observation of both anterior and posterior structures.

With a wavelength of 1060 nm, Yalkaid is particularly beneficial for scanning patients with cataracts and vitreous opacities. Its invisible character minimizes fixation distractions. Moreover, its extensive 17 mm line scans and 17 mm 3D/OCTA scans cover a larger area compared to traditional SD or SS-OCTs.

Yalkaid is equipped with a wide range of quantification and analysis tools that greatly assist in clinical practice and research. These features enhance diagnostic precision and contribute to better patient outcomes.
